Information on returns and refunds

A)

PROCEDURE FOR RETURN OF GOODS WITH ELECTRONIC VOUCHER

NYM wants the customer to be satisfied. Therefore, if there are any issues with the order, the customer within 3 working days from the date of receipt of the order can return one or more purchased items and request an exchange of goods or size.
All products purchased from NYM come with an identification tag. We therefore invite the customer to try the product without removing the tag so that it can be returned in its original condition.

NYM S.r.l.s Unipersonale reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or those shipped late.

For products purchased on nym-store.com, the return is at the customer's expense.

The cost of the exchange ticket with express voucher is €5.99 for national shipments.

The cost of the exchange ticket with voucher is €15.00 for shipments within the euro area.

Returns in four steps

1) you can proceed directly to the exchange request, from the menu, under the returns and exchanges section,
request EXCHANGE OF GOODS

2) You will subsequently receive the return authorization and you can independently proceed to pay for the shipping ticket, from the menu, under the returns and exchanges section, pay the ticket after the authorization.

3) You will receive the label to print via email and place on the package, and the courier will come on the date indicated on the label itself during the time slot between 09:00 and 18:30. NYM will directly contact the courier for the pickup, providing the customer's address and contact information. (it is not possible for the customer to specify pickup times)

4) Upon receipt of the returned item, after the necessary checks, we will issue you a voucher for the same amount to be used for your next purchase with no expiration.

 
Modes and timing of the issuance of the voucher

The credit is issued after receiving the return from our warehouse and after the relevant checks.

The verification of the product's integrity may take up to 5 working days.

The issuance times for the voucher occur within 3 working days from the warehouse confirmation via an electronic discount voucher of the same amount to be reused at nym-store.com without expiration.

 WARNING: once the electronic voucher is issued, it will no longer be possible to request a refund. 

 

B)

PROCEDURE FOR THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In case of a request to withdraw from the contract you can request the form directly at info@nym-store.com, the entire amount of the order excluding shipping costs will be refunded to the same payment method within 14 days from the return of all items of the order.

L shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer.

Fill out the form attaching a copy of your ID and the shipping receipt containing the tracking number and forward everything to info@nym-store.com  

Refund times occur within 14 working days from the warehouse confirmation using the same payment method with which the order was placed.

N"Refunds are made for contracts of modest value amounting to Euro 50.00." 

No refunds are made for damaged or visibly used goods. 

It is the customer's responsibility to collect the goods in case of refusal within 14 working days.
