Prices

The prices that are guaranteed to the customer are those displayed on the site at the time of the order. However, the latter can be modified at any time in the event of particular conditions linked to certain economic factors, rights and taxes, changes in the cost of labor or raw materials, particular customer needs, etc.

All prices are indicated in euros and do not include transport costs which will be automatically calculated and indicated on the order form (the shopping cart).

All prices displayed are calculated on value added tax (VAT) included, which can be different according to the billing country.

Any promotion (discount code, promotion for special occasions, personal voucher) cannot be combined with others in progress.

Order fulfillment

1. The shopping cart constitutes the order form.

2. If you choose to place your order, you must enter the information necessary for billing and delivering the items. The information that will be provided then binds the customer. Order Confirmation

At each stage of the order (validation, possible change of availability, shipping) an e-mail will be sent automatically provided that the electronic address indicated in the registration form does not lead to errors. The email confirming the processing of the order and the dispatch of the package will specify the package number and the link to the carrier's website for tracking the delivery.

NYM S.r.l.s Unipersonale reserves the right not to confirm an order for any reason (problem related to the order received or problem of supply of items). You have 5 working days to indicate to the customer that he cannot fulfill the order and ask him to modify it or otherwise cancel it.

Payment

The total amount is to be paid upon validation of the order. NYM S.r.l.s Unipersonale is not aware of the card numbers and the data is not stored on the server. Access to customers' bank details is not possible either electronically or in print. Payment can be made with the following methods:

The order is booked upon payment which is irrevocable, in cash, net and without discounts. Any delay, accident or non-payment entails as a penalty, late interest equal to one and a half times the legal interest rate in application of Italian law.

Delivery areas and terms

COVID-19 EMERGENCY

Our online shop is active and shipments leave normally. However, possible delays of a few days in deliveries are possible due to current legislative decrees in continuous change connected to COVID-19 or to disservices caused by couriers who do not depend on our work.

We deliver the items where the customer wants. If you want them to be delivered to a friend, a neighbor, at your workplace, you just need to specify the delivery address, which can be different from the billing address.

For any significant delay, we undertake to compensate the customer by offering the delivery costs on his next order. However, exceeding the delivery deadline cannot give rise to compensation for damages, nor withholding, nor cancellation of the order in progress, in the event of total or partial strikes, internal or external to the company, blocking of means of transport or supply, governmental or legal restrictions, etc.

Right of withdrawal, return and exchange

If for any reason the Customer is not satisfied with the order, or in the unfortunate event that products that do not comply with the requirements are delivered, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without any penalty by following the instructions below:

Guarantees
