Refund policy

RETURN
NYM wants the customer to be satisfied. So when there are problems with the order, the customer within 3 working days from the date of receipt of the order can return one or more items purchased and request a size change.
All products purchased on NYM S.r.l.s Unipersonale have an identification tag. We therefore invite the customer to try the product without removing the tag in order to make it intact.
NYM S.r.l.s Unipersonale reserves the right to refuse unauthorized or delayed returns.
For products purchased on nym-store.com, the return is charged to the customer.

The cost of the express return ticket is Euro 5.99 for national shipments.

The return in four steps
make sure that the products are in the same condition in which they were received with an identification tag and packaging;
send a return request by e-mail to info @ nym-store. com by entering the order number, accurately specifying what you want to return (item code) and the reason;
if the return is accepted, the return authorization and pre-printed label to be applied will arrive via e-mail on the original box in order to cover the outward label;
NYM S.r.l.s Unipersonale will directly contact the courier for collection by communicating the customer's address and contacts.

Refund terms and times
The reimbursement takes place after receiving the return from our warehouse and after relative checks. The verification of the integrity of the product can take up to 5 working days.
The refund times are made within 3 working days from the confirmation of the warehouse by means of a discount voucher of the same amount to be reused at nym- store.com valid for 60 days from its issue.
